Dan Beauchemin, FSO-PV

In February we focused on member involvement to increase our program partners and public visibility.  Thanks again to Jim Mayer and Bernie Appelman for their time and their help with classroom instruction for our new PV members.

The training class on Public Visitation was a successful event for Flotilla 96. Sean Hanley, Allen Thompson, Ed Walters, Dan Beauchemin (FSO-PV), George Stancil, Jim McCaffrey, Mike Murphy, and Carson McCullough attended the class. We look forward to their participation in promoting RBS programs to our program partners.

The month of March is beginning with a three-day boat show at the Bonita Bay Marina on March 4th-6th. Ten Flotilla 96 members have offered to participate and make the show a success for the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Thanks to all!

Vessel Examination and Public Education will introduce their programs and courses to new partners identified by PV in March. Member participation is greatly appreciated in our public events. Please contact Dan Beauchemin, FSO-PV, for upcoming event information
