Newly appointed an Honorary Chief in the United States Coast Guard by Admiral R. J. Papp, Jr., Betty holds her certificate as she receives her chief’s collar pins from Pete Louzao, former commanding officer of Station FMB and EPO Rodolfo Moreira, chief engineering officer at the station.
