Celebrating the 4th in Michigan

Our flotilla’s Michael Dobrovic (left) carries the American flag in the honor guard provided by Flotilla 28-12 (Grand Marais) for the Fourth of July Parade. Flotilla Commander Sharon Cashin (center) carries the Coast Guard flag and Karla Bowen carries the USCG Auxiliary flag.
