Education is slowing down. We had twenty-six students attend our
courses in March. Working the boat shows gave us a lot of contacts but
most say their schedule doesn’t match up with our class dates. The course we
were to give at the Brooks Club didn’t work out but we hope to do one for them
in the fall. Thanks to Bill Willsey for all his help.
We
are having Suddenly In Command on April 12 if there is enough interest. Our Instructor is Phill Smith. Also we are having an About Boating Safely
course so our new members can get this done before summer. We won’t have these
again until October. I am looking
for an aide to help with the classes as Stan Bricker will be going north. Anyone
interested please call or see me at the meeting.
