Hatchcover is
an official publication of Flotilla 96.
It is published ten times a year to keep members apprised of the
activities of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and Flotilla 96. The deadline to submit articles for
publication is not later than ten days prior to the next general meeting of
Flotilla 96 held on the third Wednesday of each month. The photograph at the top of our front page
is used with permission of Florida Aerial Services, Inc., and was taken in
November 2008. Articles published in
Hatchcover can be reprinted only after obtaining express permission of the
