Ray Mino and Laly
Santiago are the newest members to complete the certification process as
Telecommunication Operators (TCO). They completed their oral final under the
new enhanced program for radio watchstanders. The next TCO class will begin in
late June and it appears that we will have even more attending than the last
class.
